At the first edition of ViniVex we had 837 unique visitors. For the second edition we expect to be able to triple the audience. 15% of the registration fee is reinvested in ads.

The target visitors are of two types: importers, buyers and retailers on one hand, enthusiasts, bloggers, wine lovers on the other. These are the respective percentages registered: 59% – 41%.

The stand can be set up and designed by the exhibitor autonomously. Through our software it is possible to upload marketing material, design the stand so that it reflects exhibitors’ brand identity, choosing colors, shapes, furniture and personalizing the stand staff. A set-up service, included in the Advanced and Premium packages or purchasable as an add on, is also available. Our design dept. Is always available to support exhibitors in the setting up stage.

During the days of the trade fair, the exhibitor will be notified of any requests from visitors through our messaging system and will be able to interact with them. In the period preceding the fair, a good marketing of one’s participation guarantees a greater influx and the possibility of scheduling meetings.

Visitors, by accessing your stand, will be able to consult all your marketing material, visit your site, your e-commerce, watch wine tastings videos of your products and ask you questions in chat.

You can send us your products to be tasted by professional sommeliers. The videos, in addition to being made available to you after the trade fair for the marketing purposes you prefer, will be broadcast in the conference room and will be viewable at your stand. This will allow visitors to have an objective idea of the product.

Discover new producers, establish new relationships and grow your network visiting the exhibitors’ stands and interacting with them. You can also purchase their products and attend webinars.
