Taste: marked creaminess balanced by the minerality. It enfolds your palate in a soft and gentle way, refreshing and drying your mouth.
Food pairings: to be ideally combined with structured dishes. Excellent as combination of local cheeses and cured sliced meats.
Serving temperature: 10-12 C°.
